There is a possibility that Fateh Bagh Palace Ranakpur was one of the first heritage properties that was restored in the form of a heritage hotel while keeping intact its Rajpur architecture. Formerly known as Rawla Koshilav, it was a thriving palace, places in the foothills of the Aravallis, near Jodhpur in the year 1802. It slowly became a neglected property after some time.
